Spring is coming slowly, despite the freezing temperatures, and it's time for a brief report on our musical activities.
power after the England tour, there are slight signs of wear noticeable, leading to loss of voice of the singer (you can read in the Wasserprawda under tour report Bluezbusters), due to the extreme weather, the cold pubs with hot music and similar circumstances. We played in front of hundreds of crazy Norwegian football fans have been cheated out of our salary, and have experienced all sorts else. Then we needed a break, the Bassman Micha Meier has in the meantime, a DVD of our last Gigs made, very nice to see despite the slightly deranged state of some band members ... (Too much beer ..).
Now we are back at the start, the Bluezbusters have been strengthened by another guitarist, Thomas Anklam from (where else.) EGitarrist for Claus Martens, a songwriter and now with us.
This will play the lead singer and guitarist Bernard also take him a neat blues harp, as he once did at Uptwon Heat before.
The first appearance in the new lineup is this Saturday in Anklam, in the bowling alley Schawi, admission is at 19.00, 20.00's it.
the weekend after that is the reunion of a different formation, the opening of the Radcenter Wallis & Co at 12.3. plays the old Basement Blues Band once again with Karl Valta the blues harp, the legendary Otto on drums and the usual suspects on the guitar. Possibly. The event is already at 11.3. evening, the organizer keeps still covered, but there is something happening, that's for sure.
Am 18.3. play Bluezbusters in Ol'Henry, a pub in Heringsdorf, play in the well Blue noise and also the guitar player of the East Blues Expierience regularly because of the size of the venues we are more acoustically and quiet way, even this is (but not as often. .).
At Pentecost Art gibts then open as the Busters at 14.00 at New Bolton, please look again in the flyer.
Our concert announcements Myspace are up to date, how long, nobody knows with Myspace it's getting worse, many tools are no longer usable, the whole thing is clogged up by advertising, all layouts have been switching to the new system unusable. We are looking for an alternative.
So who wants to hear us, come over, Saturday we go again!
