This conference is primarily to learn a tune-year interim status and the broker on the year-end rally.

In his presentation he talked about the importance of a perfect and complete re-submission system . In this context, he presented a panel folder. This form of organization is particularly well suited for documents which are in paper form .
Create a memo, an act or expression in the panel session. Put it on the appropriate Date as the 12th this current month, or if the resubmission should take place only in the next few months, then in the corresponding month registers, eg December.
see the end of each month through the next month, register and share documents on the days appropriately. The same system can of course also be realized with hanging folders.
If you apply this approach consistently, then you have a perfect follow-up system that makes them more effective and efficient!
No electronic system can be comparatively small expenditure of money and time to accomplish the same effect. Although I am a big fan of electronic systems I must admit that.
