Nothing but lip service and a cosseting, a lull of employees so that they can feel safe until the next reorganization does not terminate inwardly and remain reasonably productive.
what if this assertion but seriously?
A Revolution would begin!
Not only the employees but especially in the management and the owners of this reorientation would have to happen. New, or rather, old values are needed for a company and its employees to manage as effectively as possible.
I recently had the opportunity Hr. Dr. garlic talk about such personal issues heard. Particularly interesting is his approach to A, B and C employees and how the number of C staff as small as possible holds.
